Refund Policy

The Creator Leaderboard operates a paid ranking system.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, the corresponding amount contributes to the profile's total bid.

General policy

Bids are generally non-refundable after the ranking service has begun.

This policy does not restrict any refund, withdrawal or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

A refund may be available where:

• applicable law requires it
• a duplicate payment occurred
• an incorrect payment amount was charged
• a technical error prevented the purchased service from being provided
• The Creator Leaderboard expressly agrees to a refund

Ranking after a refund

If $500 has counted toward a profile and $200 is refunded, only the remaining valid amount may continue to count. The ranking is recalculated automatically.

Full refunds remove the corresponding payment entirely from the valid ranking total.

Profile removal

Requesting removal of a listing does not automatically result in a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Chargebacks

Disputed amounts may temporarily be excluded from the ranking until the payment dispute is resolved.
